Vaisselle mal emballée (pas de protection au choc, le colis a exactement la dimension des assiettes). Malgré un carton arrivé sans choc apparent, 4 assiettes sur 6 étaient cassées. Malgré des photos et un mail d'explication, aucun retour du service client une semaine après la livraison et le signalement du problème. Inacceptable.
